We often think we need an hour, the perfect plan, or the perfect moment to exercise.
The truth? Consistency beats perfection every time. ✨
At least once a week, I dedicate a full hour to my own training. The rest of the week, as a busy mum, I fit in 10–20 minutes whenever I can.
Is it ideal? Maybe not.
Is it enough to keep moving, feeling stronger, and showing up as my best self? Absolutely.
Stop waiting for the perfect conditions and start with what you have today. Your future self will thank you for it.
