What better way to spend a bank holiday weekend than on a retreat 🤍

Time to slow down, switch off a bit, and learn something new, or sometimes just hear something in a way that finally clicks.

This weekend with Tsering Paldron was exactly that ☸️

And it reminded me of something I come back to a lot…
it’s not about doing more or adding more in, it’s about learning something and actually INTEGRATING it into your life.

I see it in my own life, and I see it in the 3B work too.
That’s where the real shift happens. ⚡️

You get better. You start to believe it this time. You make plans.

Then something small happens, a bad sleep, a stressful day, a busy week and you're back in the crash. Again.

This isn't a willpower problem. It's not a discipline problem. It's not even a "doing the wrong things" problem.

It's a nervous system loop and once you understand how it works, everything changes.
