Sometimes the most dangerous words in menstrual health are the ones we hear the most. 🩸

"Period pain." "Heavy bleeding." These are so often written off as normal that they create a diagnostic blind spot — conditions like endometriosis and fibroids get mistaken for just another difficult period, sometimes for years.

Normalising the symptom isn't the same as understanding it. Knowing the difference could change how early you get answers.
