Emergency Medicine Trainees' Association - EMTA, UK EMTA is the national organisation that represents trainees in Emergency Medicine in UK.

Its main function is represent trainees’ views to the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and other agencies. Trainees who are members of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine are automatically members of EMTA, which is enthusiastically supported by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine. We are fortunate that the College values and seeks the opinions and contributions of trainees.

We are conducting a national survey to explore healthcare services for vulnerable migrants in UK emergency care settings. This research aims to better understand the services available, the experiences of clinicians delivering care to this population, and ways to improve access and quality of care.
