💉 .tristan.m shares his belief that lip filler is often done badly, in part due to aesthetic practitioners finding it hard to maintain their depth whilst using retrograde horizontal thread injection techniques

⚠️ Clinicians must be mindful of the depth of the blood vessels in the lips, as these are usually found living deep to the muscles. So practitioners should be injecting above or in front of the muscle, sustaining the correct depth as you track back and forth through the lips - a skill that’s honed over time
