I have had just over a week away from the practice and thought I would share with you what I have been up to .

Following my hobby of cycling , I have cycled with some friends over 1050 km from Ruislip to the Pyrenees.

Such beautiful countryside, sunshine, sunflowers, vineyards, chateaux, cafes in old town squares fuelled by great coffee and French food 🇫🇷

I am taking a few days to relax now and will be back revitalised to help you with your aches and pains on 10th July
