Most people don’t come to me at the beginning.
They come after they’ve tried to push through…
talk themselves out of it…
distract themselves…
or just hope it will pass.

And they say things like:
• ‘I’ve tried everything’
• ‘I don’t know why I do this’
• ‘I just want my mind to switch off’

If that sounds familiar…
