Wracamy do jaskini.

To jeden z tych wyjazdów, na które sie czeka cały rok. Dwa dni z dala od wszystkiego, co na co dzień zajmuje nam głowę.
Śpimy w jaskini, siedzimy przy ogniu, gramy, rozmawiamy, milczymy.
Czasem jest lekko, czasem niekoniecznie.
W tym roku spotykamy się 19 września.

We’re going back to the cave.
It’s one of those trips you wait all year for. Two days away from everything that fills our heads in everyday life.
We sleep in the cave, sit around the fire, play music, talk, stay silent.
Sometimes it’s light. Sometimes it isn’t.
This year, we meet on 19 September.

Men’s circles have become one of the most important things in my life.

Not because they make life easier.

They don’t.

Life is still life when I leave on Sunday.

The difference is that I leave as someone who’s had the chance to breathe again.

For one weekend, I don’t have to have the answers. I don’t have to keep everything together. I get to listen. I get to speak. Sometimes I cry. Sometimes I don’t. But I know I don’t have to hide any part of myself.

Somewhere over those few days, the armour starts coming off.

You don’t even notice it at first.

The weight you’ve been carrying for weeks, months, sometimes years, doesn’t disappear. It just doesn’t feel like you’re carrying it alone anymore.

Then the weekend ends.

We hug each other, get in our cars and drive back to our normal lives.

Back to work. Back to family. Back to responsibilities. Back to the chaos waiting for us.

But something has shifted.

I feel more centred. More present. More like myself.

People often think strength is about staying silent and carrying everything on your own.

I don’t anymore.

I think strength is having the courage to let people see what’s really going on. To let yourself be carried for a little while. Then, when it’s time, getting back up and carrying life again.

That’s what a men’s circle has become for me.

Not somewhere to escape life.

Somewhere that reminds me how to live it.

1 sierpnia znów usiedliśmy razem przy ogniu.

W gronie, które już nigdy więcej nie będzie takie samo.
W przestrzeni, która od tej chwili również się zmieniła.
I w czasie, którego nie da się zatrzymać ani powtórzyć.

To, co robimy podczas Męskiego Kręgu, nie ma na celu odwrócenia uwagi od życia.

Wręcz przeciwnie.
Tworzymy przestrzeń, w której można w końcu nazwać rzeczy po imieniu. Wypowiedzieć to, co bywa noszone w sobie przez tygodnie, miesiące, a czasem całe lata.

A kiedy to zostaje wypowiedziane…zaczyna się ruch.

Czasem w ciszę.
Czasem w śmiech.
Czasem w pieśń.
Czasem w taniec.
Czasem po prostu w głęboki oddech.

Medytacja.
Kąpiel w dźwiękach.
Ruch.
Ogień.
Dobre, wspólnie przygotowane jedzenie.

I przypomnienie, że męskość nie rodzi się z udawania siły, lecz z odwagi, by być prawdziwym.

Tak jest u Nas,
Tacy jesteśmy.
To jest The Circle. ⭕️🔥

On August 1st, we gathered around the fire once again.

With a group that will never exist in exactly the same way again.

In a place that has already changed.

At a moment in time that will never return.

What we practice during a Men’s Circle isn’t about escaping life.

It’s about meeting it.

Creating a space where a man can finally name what has been carried for weeks, months, or even years.

And once it’s spoken…

something begins to move.

Sometimes into silence.
Sometimes into laughter.
Sometimes into song.
Sometimes into movement.
Sometimes into nothing more than a deep, honest breath.

Meditation.
Sound journey.
Movement.
Fire.
Wholesome food prepared together.

A reminder that true masculinity isn’t built by pretending to be strong, but by having the courage to be real.

This is Us
