-all users must comply with the social media platform’s terms of use as well as these terms of use
-all users must be respectful of people's privacy
- please don't share private information about other people.
3. We will remove, block, ban and/ or report users to the associated social media platform who direct messages at us which we believe:
-bully, harass or intimidate any individual or organisation
are unlawful, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, homophobic, sexist, sexually explicit, or racist
-violate any intellectual property rights
-are spam (persistent negative and/ or abusive tweeting in which the aim is to provoke a response)
-advertise products or services for profit
-promote an unhealthy relationship to food/exercise and/or disordered eating behaviours
You can report these users to us at anytime!
4. We will also remove, block, report or ban any user who:
encourages others to post such messages
uses offensive images as their profile picture
has an offensive user name
5. We reserve the right to adjust these rules as needed and to delete content for reasons not stated in this list.

10 to 15 minutes of walking a day doesn't feel like much. Eating a little more protein with each meal feels manageable. Getting to bed half an hour earlier doesn't feel that extreme.

But zoom out.

That's thousands of extra steps every month. That's better sleep, steadier hunger cues, and habits that actually stick. That's the difference between feeling stuck and seeing real, lasting change.

Sustainable progress isn't built on big overhauls. It's built on small things, done consistently.

Protein keeps us fuller for longer, supports muscle mass, and helps stabilise blood sugar levels. This is especially important on a weight loss journey, where eating enough of it can make all the difference.

Whole food proteins like eggs, fish, meat, Greek yoghurt, beans, lentils, and tofu tend to be more filling and more nutritious than their ultra-processed equivalents. They come with fibre, healthy fats, and micronutrients that our bodies can actually put to use.
