One thing life has confirmed to me many times is that you cannot rush processes that require time.
You can rush a meeting.
You can rush a journey.
But you cannot rush growth.
If you plant a seed today, you will not have a tree tomorrow.
First, you prepare the soil.
You choose the right place.
You understand what it needs in order to grow.
You plant it.
You nurture it.
You observe how it responds.
You make adjustments when necessary.
And you give it time.
Only then do the first signs of growth begin to appear.
Experience has taught me that many of the most valuable things in life follow the same order.
First comes preparation.
Then comes action.
Next comes observation and adjustment.
And consistency supports the entire process.
Results do not appear immediately.
Results are the consequence.
Perhaps one of the most important lessons is understanding that every stage has its purpose and every process has its own pace.
Not everything that is valuable is built quickly.
But what is built with care has a much greater chance of lasting.π·β¨
