I received some divine wisdom today and was told I needed to pick up my pen and rite again because they had something to say.
Message received loud & clear.
Don’t ever discount your thoughts, feelings, gut instinct, coincidences…. I created Rest & Rite for a reason and it was more than just to massage people… it was to be a source of light, but in Doing so I forgot to charge myself up too.
Remaining consistent and disciplined to anything when life can be so busy is the hardest thing but it’s the most important because without it we won’t get what we need 💫the universe will meet you but it will be half way 🫶🏼 so I’ll be here inside the Nest writing and riting….🧿✨🧿
I’m thinking of hosting a riting circle - if you want to therapeutic journal or put pen to paper in a creative way but don’t want to do it alone reach out let’s see what we can do…
