Post from Paul Terrell: Hello friends of Inversion Therapy. If you wish to contact me this is best through this FB page or my personal FB page and my email address, [email protected]. I am resting the IT website and my associated email for the time being as I am enjoying writing and sailing. Wishing you all a fair wind and happy hanging. Just a few minutes a day with the head below the heart in a relaxed position will give noticeable benefits to hormone balance, equanimity, cheerfulness, calmness, clarity and presence. Onward and Upside-downward.

Come find me in the healing fields in Glastonbury Festival 2023 if you're here come and say hi next to the pathway to the Green Futures field.

INVERSION THERAPY AFTER COVID. The lockdowns over the past two years have had a big impact on health services including bodywork such as Inversion Therapy. During this time I, Paul Terrell, took the opportunity to review the way forward after 30 years of visiting clinics all over the world , teaching and developing IT. I am offering IT sessions still in East Sussex and runing training courses for Ball Inversion Therapy. There is also a book on the horizon covering not only the therapeutic side of inversion but also its appearance in art, theatre, mythology and the esoteric. For sessions you can contact me through the web site, www.inversiontherapy.net.
