One of the things we value most is hearing how our delegates take what they’ve learned straight back into clinic.

Our Pain & Perception CPD isn’t just about understanding the latest pain science, it’s about applying it with confidence in everyday practice.

If you’re an osteopath, physiotherapist, chiropractor, manual therapist, or healthcare professional working with people experiencing persistent pain, we’d love to welcome you this autumn.

We’re delighted to introduce our new Lymphatic Massage treatment, now available with a special introductory offer of 75 minutes for £70.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. Many people choose this treatment to support relaxation, reduce feelings of puffiness or bloating, aid post-treatment recovery, and promote an overall sense of wellbeing.

Potential Benefits
Face
• May help reduce puffiness around the eyes and cheeks
• Can temporarily reduce facial swelling and fluid retention
• May improve circulation, giving the skin a fresher appearance
• Helps relax facial tension and jaw tightness
• Some clients report improved sinus drainage
Abdomen
• May help ease bloating and feelings of fullness
• Can gently stimulate digestion in some individuals
• May temporarily reduce water retention
• Encourages relaxation of abdominal tension
Whole Body
• Deeply relaxing and calming experience
• May help relieve mild swelling in the arms and legs
• Can support recovery after certain procedures when recommended by a healthcare professional
• May improve comfort for those with diagnosed lymphedema when performed by a trained therapist

Unlike deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage uses very light, gentle pressure to support the lymphatic system’s natural function.

Important Information
Lymphatic massage is not a proven method for detoxification or significant fat loss, and cosmetic effects are generally subtle and temporary. The treatment is intended to support wellbeing and comfort rather than provide medical treatment.

This treatment may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before booking if you have heart failure, an active infection or fever, a history of blood clots (DVT), kidney problems, untreated cancer, or other significant medical conditions.

Book your appointment today and experience our introductory offer: 75 minutes for just £70, offer until end of July 2026. Book with link in bio.
