Last night, Drs Tatiana + Rishi were incredibly honoured to attend the Brunello Cucinelli movie premiere in Paris Brunello Cucinelli⁣ 📽️

Brunello has long been one of Rishi’s all-time idols, and the brand itself is one of Dr T+R’s absolute favourites.

Not 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 because of the fashion, but because of the philosophy behind it: craftsmanship, integrity, beauty, humanity and doing things with real intention 🩵

You may remember that T+R visited Brunello Cucinelli HQ last year - a real stand out moment due to their genuine love for the brand and admiration for Brunello… so being invited to this premiere felt like a real full-circle moment.⁣

September = skin reset season 🍂✨

We’ve had a gorgeous, heatwave-filled summer - plenty of sunshine, travel, late nights and hopefully a lot of fun.

And while we’ve enjoyed every second of it… our skin may be ready for a little attention 👀

Summer can leave behind:

They’ve both tried XERF… but does it actually hurt? 👀⁣

➡️ The verdict?⁣
⁣
𝗡𝗼 - but there 𝘢𝘳𝘦 moments where it can feel a 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 uncomfortable⁣
⁣
XERF works by gradually building heat in the tissues, so as treatment progresses, some areas can feel warmer than others.⁣
⁣
The important bit? 👉 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱.⁣

👨‍⚕️ Dr Rishi rated the discomfort at around a maximum of 4/10, with some parts feeling closer to a 1/10.⁣
⁣
👩‍⚕️ Dr Tatiana - who openly admits she doesn’t have the highest pain threshold 😅 - also found it very tolerable and said she’d happily have it again.⁣

The areas that can feel slightly hotter tend to be over bonier parts of the face, such as:⁣

✨ The cheekbones⁣
✨ The angles of the jaw⁣
⁣
But overall, both found it 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦.⁣

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀?⁣

Usually just a little pinkness or flushing - but otherwise you can walk out looking completely normal.⁣

3 different neck concerns. 3 different causes 👀⁣

And this is 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 why treating “the neck” as though it’s one single concern doesn’t really make sense.⁣

What you’re seeing may look similar at first glance, but the anatomy and underlying cause can be completely different.⁣

1️⃣ Platysmal bands⁣
These vertical bands are linked to the platysma muscle becoming more prominent. Age-related changes, loss of elasticity and separation or prominence of the medial edges of the platysma can all contribute.⁣
