I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to create space.
Space to move.
Space to breathe.
Space to land back in yourself when life has been asking a lot from you.
That’s really the heart of the retreat I’m hosting next month.
A few days away from London, from the usual routines, from the noise. With yoga, breath, rest, good food, nature, conversation, and time to remember what your body and mind feel like when they’re not constantly rushing.
This retreat is for you if you’ve been feeling stretched, tired, in transition, or simply ready to be held in a softer rhythm for a few days.
There are still spaces available, and I would really love to share this experience with more of you.
If you’ve practised with me before, you’ll know my work isn’t about performing or pushing. It’s about meeting yourself honestly, moving with care, and creating a little more room inside.
