In a session about heath conditions, we placed the depression on the field, the client, and the client was connected to the energy of the mother, who also had depression. The question is, how does the client look towards her mother?

Because the perspective changes everything. If I look to my mum feeling that my mum is weak, incapable, if I reject my mum, I cannot move forward towards my future, my plans, my job, my career, my heath… so the look that we have towards our parents changes our lives.

Once we take our strength from the depressive mother, see the mother beyond the depression, then she can move on from the disease, and go towards her bright future 🌻✨

Em uma sessão sobre problemas de saúde, colocamos a depressão no campo da cliente, e a cliente estava conectada à energia da mãe, que também tinha depressão. A questão é: como a cliente enxerga a mãe?

Porque a perspectiva muda tudo. Se eu olho para minha mãe sentindo que ela é fraca, incapaz, se eu a rejeito, eu não consigo seguir em frente rumo ao meu futuro, meus planos, meu trabalho, minha carreira, minha saúde… então o olhar que temos em relação aos nossos pais muda nossas vidas.

Uma vez que extraímos nossa força da mãe deprimida, e passamos a enxergar a mãe além da depressão, então a cliente pode superar a doença e seguir em direção ao seu futuro brilhante 🌻✨

Law of Order for business and companies ⚜️

The first thing we look in hierarchy in business is the product or service:
- Do I have a nice product or service that’s going to help others, that’s going to serve others?

The second is the client:
- Am I treating my client with respect?
- Am I giving the client the best of my capabilities?

The third is the employees:
- Am I respecting my employees?
- Am I giving them a nice salary for what they are exchanging into the service to me?

The last is the profit.

So if you are looking at the profit the first thing, in your business, you are doing business wrong. So your business has little possibilities to succeed. So if you are looking first to client or employee first, your business has little possibility to succeed. It needs to be in the right order so than you expand and grow, and contribute to the society and world. 🌍

A primeira coisa que precisamos olhar na hierarquia empresarial é o produto ou serviço:
- Tenho um bom produto ou serviço que ajudará os outros, que servirá às pessoas?

A segunda é o cliente:
- Estou tratando meu cliente com respeito?

- Estou ajudando o cliente com o melhor das minhas capacidades?

A terceira são os funcionários:
- Estou respeitando meus funcionários?

- Estou pagando a eles um salário justo pelo serviço que prestam?

A última é o lucro.

Portanto, se você está priorizando o lucro em seu negócio, está fazendo negócios da maneira errada. Você não está respeitando a Lei da Ordem. Seu negócio tem poucas chances de sucesso. Se você prioriza primeiro o seu cliente ou o funcionário, seu negócio tem poucas chances de sucesso. É preciso seguir a ordem correta para que você possa fazer seu negócio ou empresa expandir, crescer e contribuir para a sociedade e o mundo. 🌍
