From Glasgow to Aldershot, Basildon to Hull, we took male cancer awareness straight into the heart of communities this year.

👥 8,665 people reached
🗣️ 8,057 men engaged
🤝 1,587 Black African and Black Caribbean men and women reached
📋 8,962 awareness resources handed out

But the impact goes beyond the numbers. Every conversation is a chance to challenge stigma, break down barriers and help someone take charge of their health.

Because one conversation could change a life. One conversation could save a life.

Thank you to everyone who made 2026 our most successful year yet. More communities, more conversations, more lives potentially saved and we’re not stopping here.

We’ve got a few charity places left for the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 4 April 2027.

13.1 miles, closed roads, and a route that takes in Big Ben, St Paul’s, the Tower of London and Nelson’s Column before finishing by Downing Street. It’s the event’s 10th anniversary, so expect the crowds to be louder than ever!!

Run it for the men who need us. Every pound you raise funds our free helpline, our awareness work and research into testicular, prostate and pe**le cancer.

This Black History Month, we want to shine a light on our incredible Nottingham Community Champions and recognise the important role they play in their communities.
Our Community Champions work tirelessly to raise awareness of male cancers, build confidence around talking about health, and help ensure that trusted, accessible information reaches the people who need it most.

At the heart of their work is a simple but powerful idea: “Pass it on.” By sharing what they learn with friends, family, colleagues and wider community networks, our Champions help vital health messages travel further, encouraging more men to understand their bodies, recognise potential signs and symptoms, and feel confident seeking help when something doesn’t feel right.

We know that conversations about cancer don’t always happen easily, and that some communities continue to experience barriers to accessing health information and support. That’s why trusted voices within communities are so important.

Throughout , we’re proud to celebrate our Nottingham Community Champions, their commitment, their passion, and the difference they are making, one conversation at a time.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Light Fund for once again supporting Orchid – Fighting Male Cancer this year.

Your generosity has helped us bring our Male Cancer Information Roadshow into a local community, raising awareness and sharing trusted information about prostate, testicular, and pe**le cancer.

Your support also contributed to Male Cancer Awareness Week, focused this year on survivorship. By sharing real experiences, we highlighted the challenges of life during and after treatment, while offering hope and reminding men and their families that support remains important beyond diagnosis.

As a small charity, your support makes a real difference. Thank you for helping us reach more people with information, reassurance, and support when they need it most.
