Relax.
There are relaxation techniques, learn to relax and calm down, and you're no longer subjected to the pressure. That's the gradual way.

Power, control, freedom, ease of being, just being yourself, and quieting your mind. When your mind is quiet, you don't get all that noise.
Then you're relaxing your solar plexus, and you're coming into a space of just being. Just being. When you come into the world, you're just spirit manifesting.
I talk about soul, spirit, and personality. So the soul is the part of you that travels through one lifetime after another, and in a certain lifetime, you take a form, an individualized consciousness. We call the spirit.
So you come into the world, you're just spirit. This is the real you. And whatever is going on for you, it's visible.
You're happy, everybody knows it. You're unhappy, everybody knows it. You feel like, you just do it, right? No inhibitions, you're not dealing with society's values.
And then you begin to learn, and you make some sound, and people respond giving you a lot of love, and that's what you live for. So, you do it more, and after a while, you begin to identify yourself by what you know instead of by who you are. And the personality and the spirit might be moving in the same direction or pulling in different directions.
If they're pulling in different directions, you call it your ego. So anyway, the solar plexus is associated with the mental body and therefore with thought processes, and for most people, their sense of identification with their thoughts. And so, what you do in order to clear your solar plexus, to just be clear, is you allow your thoughts to just get quiet so that you have a choice.
You don't have to keep your mind going all the time. And for most people, they identify themselves by their mental activity. And the thought of stopping their thoughts, I mean, they're afraid, what happens? Am I going to disappear? Is it oblivion? But your thoughts, your identification with your thoughts is in a way just who you think you are, but not who you really are.
And when you allow your thoughts to just go quiet, then you're just in a different space and you're watching the movie from that space. So you're into another experience. You can take your attention away from your thoughts, by putting your attention on your sensations, for example.
When you're in the middle of an or**sm, you're not thinking, right? If you're thinking, you're not in the middle of an or**sm. Okay, so if you put your attention on sensations, on feeling the energy, for example, or on listening to music and being swept with the music, or just on your visual field, you can take your attention away from your thoughts. So what's a good thing to do is just go to a center where you allow the thoughts to get quiet and just stop.
And then your solar plexus is relaxed. And then other nice things are happening. You're more in touch with your intuition, with your inner voice, and you're releasing the symptoms of having had a tense solar plexus.
