STOP CLOVER HEALTH CENTRE FROM CLOSING IN WOOLWICH !

Clover sits in an area of high deprivation with diverse health inequalities. The practice serves a practice population of 6000 plus patients, to include a large Nepalese and ethnic minority population, a hotel of asylum seekers, 11 care homes, an older adult’s assisted living facility, patients released from Belmarsh prison, a high number of mental health patients, the only practice in Greenwich that works with Thames Outreach team for rough sleepers and homeless population and an extremely diverse ethnic population many of which English is not their first language. These patients will be ‘allocated’ to local practices who have already said they do not have capacity and can’t cope. It will be even harder for you to get appointments in your local GP.
