Million Dollar Fitness Coaching is more than distributing workouts or nutrition plans. It's certainly more than counting Reps. In fact, that's a fraction of it at most.

Hormone-smart coaching for 40+ professionals: drop 7–10lb in month 1, sleep better, stress less, ditch the evening wine & chocolate 🍷🍫🌿 Holistic Transformation Centre

As a Straight Talking Fat Loss & Mindset Coach

I help overweight people who are willing to make their needs a priority so that they can wear smaller clothes & feel more confident

Where my programm

es differ from others is that it really is all about creating a lifestyle that you can stick to for the rest of your life. Coaching is about helping someone go from where they are to where they want to be. It's helping someone ascend to heights they wouldn't consider pursuing on their own. It's providing motivation, inspiration, accountability and much more. Coaching is sometimes just letting someone know that you're on their side. And really, isn't that exactly what you need? In Possibility,
Dee

I’m looking for a part-time coach [permanent] to join my team.

I can teach you how I do things at MDF. What I can’t teach is enthusiasm, a genuine love for people, and the willingness to learn. If you’ve got those, we should talk.

What you’ll be doing:
Key holding
Housekeeping: keeping the studio s***k & span
Leading my SGPT and large group training sessions (both in-person and online via Zoom)

Who I’m looking for:
Someone L2 qualified with the skills to train mixed abilities and teach a variety of classes — or someone in the completion stages of their L2 IF they have studio class participation experience.
This is NOT a PT position

Studio class experience is a bonus, and if you know your way around a kettlebell, even better, but it’s not essential.

More than qualifications though, I want someone who genuinely lights up when they’re helping people. Someone who’ll provide a real workout experience for my community, not just count reps.

You’ll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong physical fitness with the ability to demonstrate exercises across various class formats, and real attention to detail — I have systems that work, and I need someone who respects that and can follow instruction.

What MDF is NOT:
It’s not about egos and six packs. My clients are highly successful people who value their privacy and don’t want their lives broadcast on social media. Discretion matters.

What MDF IS:
A lifestyle intervention business, not just a gym. Community sits at the heart of everything I do. The right person will fit into my ethos of working out in a fun, friendly atmosphere and bring that energy to every session they lead.

The shifts:
Approx 15 hours per week.

Monday 5:00–8:30pm and Wednesday 5:45–11:15am are fixed — you need to be free for both.

You also need to be able to cover Saturdays, 6:45am–12:15pm. Not every Saturday, just some.

My other shifts are:
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00–8:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5:45–11:15am

We’ll go through your availability at interview stage.

A couple of important notes:
There’s a trial period that involves shadowing — this is essential for learning my specific methods and standards. And I need a team player: someone who can follow instruction and work collaboratively. If you prefer to do things entirely your own way, this isn’t the right fit.

Dolly Parton died on Tuesday. 80 years old, at home in Nashville. đź’”

Everybody’s sharing their favourite quotes -this is the one I’d pick ⬇️

“If you don’t like the road you’re walking, start paving another one.”

She wasn’t being poetic.
Her husband ran an asphalt paving business, so she’d watched a man do it for a living and knew exactly what the job involved.

She wrote “I Will Always Love You” in 1974 about leaving the television show that had made her famous. Elvis wanted to record it 🎤 which for a young country singer in 1974 was about as big as it got. Then his manager rang and said Elvis would only do it if she signed over half the publishing. She said no, and cried the whole way home.
Eighteen years later Whitney Houston sang it, sold 45 million copies, and because Dolly had held onto every word of it she earned around $20 million from the decision that had felt like the worst one she’d ever made.

Then she just kept laying tarmac. Dollywood in 1986 with her own advisers telling her it was a mistake, and it became the biggest employer in that corner of Tennessee.

Five hundred dollars to every kid in her county who finished school, and the dropout rate fell from 35% to 6%.

The Imagination Library because her daddy never learned to read, and over 300 million books posted out to children since 📚

A thousand a month to every family who lost their home in the 2016 wildfires.

A million into research at Vanderbilt that funded the early work behind the 🦠vaccine, then she queued up for hers like everybody else because she didn’t want it looking like she’d jumped the line.

She was told no on nearly all of it.

And most of that wasn’t a young woman finding her feet.
She played Glastonbury at 68 and pulled the biggest crowd of the weekend.
She funded the vaccine research at 74. At 76 she turned down the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame because she didn’t think she’d earned a place in it, so they inducted her anyway and she went off and made a rock album to deserve it, which turned out to be the highest charting solo record of her life.

She had a Broadway show and a hotel in progress when she died on Tuesday.

Which is where it stops being about Dolly 🦋

Because the road you’re walking now, you mostly didn’t sit down and choose.

Somebody else’s job took priority. Somebody needed collecting. Somebody’s mum got ill.

Twenty-odd years went by with you holding the whole thing together, and nobody ever asked whether the road still suited you, and you didn’t ask either, because there wasn’t a spare hour in the week to think about it.

And now the answer turns up before the question does.
Too late.
Too tired.
Too much else on.
This is just what happens at this age.

Nobody has to say that to you.
You might have said it to yourself already this week.

Paving is slow and it’s boring and you do it while you’re still walking the old road, because there’s no clear month coming where you get to stop and build⬇️
Dolly was still building at 80 ✌️

Two weeks in …

This landed in my check-ins today from one of the women on the current Reset…

“I know I actually want to do things now, as before it was an effort and I felt wiped out. Thank you Dee, you really are amazing 🤩. If it wasn’t for you supporting me I would likely be feeling sorry for myself, with no improvement.”

Read that first line again.

“I actually want to do things now.”

That’s the bit nobody puts on the sales page.
The energy for your own life coming back.
Wanting to go for the walk.
Wanting to make plans.
Wanting to say yes to the walk, the weekend, the dinner with the girls — instead of watching it all happen round you while you’re wiped out on the sofa.

The weight loss will come.
It always does.

But this — the wanting — this is the bit that changes everything else.

Next Reset starts Monday 7th September.

Live or online.

Two spots.

DM me if you want in

The mind rule that explains why change feels so hard

Have you ever wondered why it's so hard to give up that evening biscuit habit, even when you know it's not helping your health goals?

Or why you can successfully eat well for weeks, only to find yourself back to your old ways?

There's a specific rule of how your mind works that explains this perfectly - and once you understand it, you can make lasting changes much easier.

Here it is: Your mind loves what is familiar and fights against what is unfamiliar.

This rule kept our ancestors alive.

Those who stuck to familiar foods were less likely to get poisoned

But now, this same mechanism can keep us stuck in eating patterns that no longer serve us.

Think about it:
Why do kids want the same story every night?

Why do you reach for the same snacks at the same times?

Because familiar feels safe, even when it's holding us back.

Your brain sees that packet of crisps, that bar of chocolate or usual takeaway as "safe" because it's familiar.

Meanwhile, that healthy salad or home-cooked meal feels "risky" because it's different from your usual routine.🙄

The good news?

Once you understand this, you can work with your mind instead of against it.

YOUR challenge for this week : Pay attention to when you reach for familiar foods or drinks. Just become aware of when your "familiar feels safe" rule kicks in.

What patterns do you spot?

Then pick ONE small familiar habit and make a tiny change to it.

If you always have tea with two biscuits, have one.

If you always buy white bread, buy sourdough.

Once that becomes your new normal (usually after 2-3 weeks), make another small upgrade.

Step by step, you're training your brain to see better choices as familiar and safe.

There’s a road you’ve been on for years now and you know every inch of it.

Same landmarks.
Same wine o’clock.
Same Monday BS.
Same “I’ll
start again next week” story.

It’s not a terrible road — the scenery’s alright, you’ve got a good job, a decent life, people who love you.

But you’ve started noticing something, haven’t you… you’ve passed that same landmark before.
Several times.
Then one day you spot a branch off to the left. And the strangest part isn’t that it’s there — it’s realising it’s always been there.
So have all the others.
You drove past them because the road you were on felt safer.

And that is what stops most women in their tracks: the turning looks too small to matter. A slight change of direction. Barely a detour. What’s the point?

The point is geometry.
A one-degree turn changes almost nothing today.
It changes your habits in a month.
It changes your life in a year

I work with women over 40 who’ve tried everything and still can’t get it right.
We lose the weight, yes — PLUS you finally understand why your body and your health changed in the first place, because my plan covers all of it, not just what’s on your plate.

You don’t need to blow your life up. You need to turn the wheel slightly and not turn it back when the old road starts waving.

Two weeks in and she’s already feeling the benefits

She’s not lighter on the scales yet.

She’s getting up without dragging herself out of bed, and she’s not standing at the fridge at nine o’clock every night.

That’s what most women actually want back.
It’s not really about the weight
It’s the version of you that gets through the day without needing a glass of wine to switch off, and wakes up feeling like she slept.

The weight comes.
It always comes.
It’s just not always the first thing to shift.

She changed two things. Protein at breakfast instead of toast. A ten minute walk after eating.

If your evenings are wine and chocolate and your mornings are a slog, message me.

Quick question…

When was the last time you felt genuinely good in your body?

Not “managed to squeeze into something.”
Not “looked alright from this one specific angle in this one specific mirror.”
Not “felt okay as long as I didn’t see a photo.”

Actually good.
Confident. Comfortable. Like your body was working WITH you instead of against you.

If you had to think about it for more than three seconds… that’s your answer.

And here’s the thing … you’ll spend hours researching a holiday.
You’ll spend weeks choosing a new sofa.
You’ll compare umpteen restaurants before booking brunch.

But investing 28 days in feeling like yourself again? “Oh I’ll think about it.” “Maybe after summer.” “When things settle down.”

Things don’t settle down.
You know this.
You’ve been waiting for things to settle down since about 2019.

28 days. Less time daily than you spend scrolling before bed.

DM me if you want the details.

The most dangerous sentence in the English language for women over 40...

"I'll start on Monday."

Because you won't.
And I say that with absolute love.

You'll start on Monday.
You'll be great on Monday.
Smash it on Tuesday.
Wednesday's good.
Thursday you've got a work dinner.
Friday you think "f*** it, I'll enjoy the weekend."
Saturday involves wine.
Sunday involves guilt.
And by Sunday night you're thinking "right, I'll start on Monday."

I've been coaching women for decades and I could set my watch by this cycle.

For no reason other than the thing you're starting on Monday was never designed for your life in the first place.

When the approach is right — actually right for your body, your hormones, your schedule, your stress levels — there's no falling off because there's nothing to fall off.
There's no wagon.
It's just... how you eat. How you move.
How you live.

Sounds too simple? The best things usually are.

Next 28Day Reset starts 2nd August.
I've got one space remaining [live or online]

And I promise you... there'll be no "starting again Monday" by the end of it.

DM me if you want the details.
