Lorraine has been absolutely nailing it, she's hitting every target set out for her, always following the coaches advice, and always pushing herself to her limits in every session and is now reaping the benefits as shes gotten some unreal results already.

Tom took to the gym and the AD community like a duck to water when he signed up for the 6 week challenge last year. He quickly became one of the most loved members in our community and is a massive personality in the gym.
