Connection
Or rather disconnection.
Which is necessary at times.
I love the phrase disconnect to reconnect
Disconnect from your phone, tablet, watch, TV, laptop, for a while. Go out and reconnect with nature. Go hug a tree, feel those vibes, that energy.
Be in the sun or shade, feel that warmth, that mood boosting gorgeousness
This morning Stanley and I took an early walk to beat the heat. Over the fields. Feeling the warming sun heating up before 7am
I took no pictures on thus walk instead looking at the trees and grasses. Listening to birds bugs and drone of faraway traffic
Immersing myself in nature. Just me and Stanley, we met just 3 people and 3 dogs out on the fields. We a friendly hello not stopping too long as we all knew the heat was rising.
We spend so much time with our phones they will buzz notifications sometime constantly if part of a group chat.
While in the cabin I do ask that you turn it off, or Pop on silent or even leave in the car. Appreciating that sometimes you are waiting for a call.
But the hour in the cabin is your time to disconnect from the outside and reconnect with your soul.
Disconnect to reconnect
Reconnect to your breath
Reconnect to your spirit
Reconnect to your soul
