I offer Reiki & Animal Reiki Healing in Longfield and around the world via distant healing Skype/FaceTime sessions. Reiki helps to restore balance in mind and body increasing the sense of well-being, reduces stress and anxiety and promotes healing within the whole body, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I also teach workshops for anyone wishing to learn reiki for themselves or to help others. I am a Trust Technique Practitioner working locally with those wishing to help their animals live a more peaceful life helping them to overcome any issues they may have through mindfulness practice with their animals resulting in positive behavioural changes.
