Hello everyone
Please can I recommend that when you get in touch by text ( however long you have been attending the clinic) that you sign off with your full name…. please
I genuinely am unable to keep all the numbers in my phone from the last 30 years and I do not know who you are if you either don’t sign off at all or only with your first name!
It saves me from sounding rude when I have to ask who you are!
