Stronger than ever — 15kg down after a hip replacement.

The priority was always getting Dawn back on her feet and recovering well from surgery. But as her strength training progressed, we also focused on improving her relative strength by reducing body fat.

We tightened up her nutrition — increasing protein to support muscle repair and recovery, while managing calories to drive steady fat loss.

Four months on, Dawn is over two stone down, and her movement and strength are improving week by week.
