This session is a combination of clairvoyant chakra assessment to see which chakras are over-active and which are under-active; a chakra tarot spread to see how the energy of each chakra is currently manifesting in your life; energy healing to clear stuck energy and rebalance chakras; guided chakra balancing meditation and grounding. Can be taken in-person or online in Zoom or video call.

The sheer weight of modern day stress is making the work of a Holistic Therapist more essential than ever. People are managing work and family pressures, lack of time and financial constraints more than ever but taking time out for a relaxing holistic treatment is essential for your mental and physical well-being. Nothing relaxes the nervous system like a Reiki healing treatment or a skilled massage. You can’t beat the grounding and focus of a face-to-face consultation which needs you to be present in the room. Just one event this month - a Women's Circle on Sat 20th June. Circles foster a sense of support, connection, empathy and compassion. They are a welcoming inclusive space for women where every voice is heard with non-judgment.

Watching colour frequencies change in the client’s energy body can be a fascinating experience for a healer! It’s so interesting to watch the colours change as the session progresses.
This client’s main problem area was her stomach and solar plexus chakra but a releasing of old deep-rooted past trauma stored in her sacral chakra also occurred. At her stomach area I saw masses of violet light flowing round the whole area releasing the energy of fear. (Violet releases dense heavy energy.) Her stomach area then changed to blue (physical healing), then to emerald green (emotional healing) and finally to yellow (purification) showing that a shift had occurred.
At her sacral chakra I was aware of deep rooted trauma being released. The healing frequencies began with emerald green and turned to yellow. At the same time the client had her own image of orange thunderclouds emerging from her sacral chakra (orange is the colour of this chakra).
This was a powerful session with lots of vibration and twitching in the body at the beginning of the treatment as old energy blocks started to be dissolved. The client felt lighter at the end of the session but her energy body will continue to adjust and rebalance over the days ahead.

Since the Bank Holiday weekend I’ve been working with the beautiful rose quartz healing energy to enhance self love, self-worth and my ability to receive.

Loving myself has been the biggest challenge for me on my own healing journey but is one of the most powerful things you can do. When you love yourself, you step into your highest healing potential. At its core healing is learning to love yourself for who you are, discarding all the layers of false beliefs, perceptions and comparisons you’ve adopted from peers, family, society and others over the years.

Here is one of the self-love/heart healing affirmations I’m currently using. If you use this yourself, say it 3 times every day for 21 days.

Crystals can easily be combined with Reiki. In a Reiki treatment a piece of rose quartz can be placed over your heart for heart healing. In a distance Reiki session, I can visualise an etheric crystal in your heart chakra.

Look out for a Self Love and Emotional Wellbeing workshop in the Autumn where I’ll be teaching you how to step into a more powerful, peaceful version of yourself!
