It finishes off the theme of Mindful Movement in May with an exercise of the week to encourage everyone to connect their mind and body for challenge of the core … and other bits 🙌
Plus Your Whole Self is asking the question ‘What really matters to you?’ Sometimes what we think matters, things we once worked towards or held onto, quietly change over time. I also ask you to think about what you are practising every day and whether the two things match. The aim is to look at how we spend our time, our energy, our attention because this shapes how we feel and how we live.
The newsletter also gives an update on our classes for the new week as we move into June.
