If any appointments are made here at studio rooms and the appointment can’t be met, please can you call to cancel 24hrs prior. This allows for us to re book other clients…… If we get a no show any future appointments will need a deposit to secure that appointment for any services.

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and missed appointments, we will be implementing a new policy requiring a 20 percent deposit for certain services including hair colouring, starting from the 22nd of November.

This change helps us manage our schedule more effectively and ensures that all clients have fair access to appointments times.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
