✨Procedure of the Month – August 2026✨

Community Healthcare have chosen Trigger Thumb/ Finger Release for procedure of the month!

Trigger thumb/ finger is a condition in which a thumb or finger gets stuck in a bent position and then suddenly snaps straight, like pulling and releasing a trigger.

Your tendons act like cords that connect muscles to bones and help your fingers move. These tendons pass through small tunnels called tendon sheaths. If the tendon or its sheath becomes inflamed or thickened, the tendon can't glide smoothly. Instead, it catches as it moves, causing the triggering sensation.

If you have a confirmed diagnosis and are experiencing the below symptoms, you may benefit from Trigger Thumb/ Finger Release.

✨Procedure of the Month – July 2026✨

Community Healthcare have chosen Ulna Nerve Release for procedure of the month!

The ulnar nerve (sometimes called the “funny bone” nerve) is one of the three main nerves that supply your arm and hand.

It runs from your neck, down the inside of your arm, behind the inside of the elbow, and into your hand. It provides sensation to the little finger and half of the ring finger which is way most people experience pins and needles in this area. It also controls muscles that help with grip strength, pinching and fine hand movements (buttons, writing, typing).

If you have a confirmed diagnosis and are experiencing the below symptoms, you may benefit from Ulna Nerve Release.
