Rebellious Essence

Rebellious Essence This is not about who you could become. It is about remembering who you always were. The moment she stops performing in her life and starts living it.

Our values of Freedom, Abundance and Transformation run through everything we do, not as destinations to reach, but as the living thread woven through every stage of the journey. “Hysteria” comes from the Greek word for womb.

For centuries, a woman who felt too much, wanted too much, or knew too much was diagnosed as ill - and treated for it.

The label changed over time.

Difficult.

Dramatic.

Too emotional.

Too intense.

The purpose never did: keep her doubting herself, so she never trusts her own fire.

You are not too much.

You never were.

Save this.

Then look again at everything you’ve been told was “too much” about you.

I spent most of my life apologising for my fire.

Too intense. Too much. Too emotional.

I heard it so many times I started saying it about myself before anyone else could.
And. then something shifted.
I realised the fire was never the problem.
It was the truest part of me - the part they most needed me to put out.
So I stopped putting it out.
This is what eclipse season is asking of us.
To let the good girl burn away.
To stop dimming.
To Rise as the women we actually are - fierce, alive.
And done asking questions.
Something is burning away right now. Let it.
There’s a woman on the other side of the fire and she’s magnificent.

If something’s burning away for you too - you’re not alone. Come and rise with us. Link in bio.

I can do it.
I deserve it.
I will get it.

Somewhere, a girl was taught that being liked mattered more than being free.

She learned to swallow it.

Smile through it.

Keep the peace at her own expense.

She is grown now.

And she is done.

Save this for the day you need it or send it to the woman who does.

They tell you to disappear…

30/08/2026

When I think about it never being too late, I think about Sarah.

Because her story isn’t a fairytale.
It’s real life.
It’s messy, human, unexpected — and it proves everything we’ve been told about timing is wrong.

She didn’t meet someone new.
She didn’t “start again.”
She didn’t reinvent herself overnight.

She reconnected with a man who had been in her life for thirty years.
A friendship that had lived quietly in the background while life happened — marriages, children, heartbreak, growth, healing, becoming.

And here’s the part that gets me every time:

They didn’t find each other again because they were lucky.
They found each other again because they’d both done the work.

They’d lived.
They’d learned.
They’d healed.
They’d stopped abandoning themselves.
They’d become the people they were always meant to be.

And only then — decades later — did the timing finally make sense.

It wasn’t too late.
It was right on time.

Because the woman she was in her twenties wasn’t ready.
She didn’t know herself yet.
She was still becoming who everyone needed.

But the woman she is now?
She knows her worth.
She knows her boundaries.
She knows her heart.
She knows her truth.

That’s why her story matters.
Not because she got the happy ending but because she got it at the exact moment she became the woman who could receive it.

It’s never too late.
You’re not too old.
You haven’t missed your window.

And sometimes the love, the chapter, the person, the possibility you thought had passed you by…
comes back when you’re finally the version of yourself who can hold it.

Sarah’s story isn’t rare.
It’s just rarely told.

They tell you it’s too late to start over.

That you’ve missed your window.

That this is just how it is now.

That wanting more at this age is unrealistic, selfish, or embarrassing.

But here’s the truth nobody ever told us:

You’re not running out of time.

You’re finally starting from the right woman.

The version of you in your twenties didn’t know herself yet.

She was still becoming who everyone needed.

She was building a life from conditioning, not clarity.

But you?

You’ve lived.

You’ve survived.

You’ve gathered decades of raw material, experience, wisdom, resilience, truth.

And for the first time, you actually know who’s starting.

This isn’t “too late.”

This is the moment everything finally makes sense.

You’re not too old.

You’re not behind.

You’re not done.

You’re right on time for the life that actually fits you.

The most powerful half of your life doesn’t begin when you’re young.

It begins the moment you come home to yourself.

There’s a particular kind of magic in a friendship where you’ve both stopped performing.

No shrinking. No managing. No being “the easy one.”
Just two women, fully themselves, taking up all the space they like.

This is what’s on the other side of the work - not just knowing who you are, but being surrounded by people who get the whole of you and love her.

Rachael and I have watched each other come home to ourselves.
This is what midlife actually looks like when you stop believing the story they sold you.

Not fading. Not finished.
Free.

This is the Identity Rebellion™. Come and find your tribe.
