Another talk was had this week to Lindsey Patchwork group at Louth Cricket Club. You all made me so welcome and I was so impressed with your creative patch work and quilting.
One of your ladies knew all about our pack as it had helped her with a loved one. It is so helpful to hear this feedback as we all hope that our packs lighten the load a little on each family’s Dementia journey.
Thank you for your support and donation. We are very grateful.

And also to the lovely lady who thanked me in the Dentists this week. I didn’t know you but I was so pleased that our pack helped your family member too. I hope you look at the Widgit signage as there is a picture to aid understanding for lots of things you mentioned.

We had a lovely visit to North Hykeham WI this week. It was great to meet you all and judge your ‘ Memory of Childhood’ competition. Thank you so much for your positive comments about our packs and for your donations to keep us helping carers and families of loved ones with a Dementia diagnosis.

Councillor William Gray and Jane Berni came to see what we got up to at Woodhall Spa Memories Matter today.

As part of our activities for Dementia Awareness Week our Louth Community Connector Jayne Pegg organised a lovely trip to the Wildlife Park near Horncastle. Apart from the unpredictable weather we all had a lovely time looking at the animals.
Here are some of the pictures. Friendly staff, beautifully clean zoo, well kept healthy looking animals all added up to a day to remember despite the weather! Thank you for organising Jayne I will certainly be going again!
