30-HOUR SUPPORT WORKER POSITION AVAILABLE

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and creative person to join our team in a rewarding 30-hour-per-week role supporting adults with additional needs.

The role is varied and includes working within our day centre, helping to run activities and crafts, as well as providing community support to help the people we support get out, enjoy activities and build independence.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is a car driver
* Is creative and enjoys arts, crafts and coming up with new activity ideas
* Is patient, caring and reliable
* Enjoys supporting adults with additional needs
* Is confident supporting people out in the community
* Is happy to work every other weekend
* Can work well as part of a friendly team

No personal care is involved in this role.

This is a really rewarding position where no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference while helping people enjoy new experiences, activities and their local community.

30 hours per week
Every other weekend required

🍽️ Living with an allergy or food intolerance can be challenging enough on its own.

That’s why our staff go above and beyond to support and encourage our clients to take control of their meals by making food from scratch. It’s not just about safety it’s about building confidence, learning new skills and enjoying the process of creating something delicious.

We’re so proud of the effort and enthusiasm our clients show and we love being part of their journey towards greater independence and wellbeing.

🍽️ A lovely evening spent out for a meal with our clients!

It was fantastic to see everyone enjoying good food, great company, and plenty of laughter. There were some really meaningful conversations throughout the evening, with everyone taking the time to chat, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company.

These outings are about so much more than just a meal—they’re an opportunity to build friendships, boost confidence, and create lasting memories together. We can’t wait for the next one!
