Over the next few months we’ll be upgrading the cardio experience too with:

The standing joke at InShape has gone on long enough…

The CD player has finally been retired 😂

A proper upgrade was well overdue, so we’ve now installed a full new audio system throughout the club:

→ Upstairs gym
→ Functional / HYROX room
→ Main gym floor

Everything is now controlled through the wall mounted iPad via Spotify, meaning you’ll always have music and an even better environment to train in.

Small detail? Maybe….

But creating a premium training experience is about getting every detail right.

The iPad will be locked off and controlled by the team, so please don’t touch it, we promise the music will be better than the old CDs anyway 😂

We’re not going anywhere.

With the new InShape Health Club site being built at Holton, some people might think all the focus is going there.

But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

InShape Manby is being upgraded too.

👉🏼New kit coming
👉🏼New sound system.
👉🏼New classes launching.

More improvements to the current facility.

And a better experience for our members.

This next phase isn’t about replacing what we’ve built.

It’s about growing the InShape brand while continuing to reinvest into the club, the community and the people who have supported us over the years.

We’ve always said we don’t want to be the biggest gym.

We want to build something people are proud to be part of.

Manby is staying, Holton is coming.
InShape is growing.

And we’re only just getting started.

Custom order placed and new kit being made, we’re still investing into our current facility

Our member experience and our brand is everything and without this we wouldn’t be moving forward and growing today

This has never been about building a basic gym
It’s always been about brand, community, a better place for people to train recover and feel good.

Big things coming to InShape 👀

Over the next few weeks, Phoebe will be launching a brand new class timetable at InShape Health Club 🙌

Including:

🔥 A beginners class designed to help new members feel more confident in the gym, learn the basics properly, and become part of the community.

🔥 A circuits class for anyone wanting an extra push, more structure, energy, and support alongside their training.

These classes will fit alongside the HYROX class I already run every Monday at 6:30pm — helping us build even more community, support, and opportunities for members to train together 💪

They’re also perfect for current members who feel they’d benefit from a little more guidance, accountability, or structure while training.

But what’s coming next is by far the biggest step yet.

👉🏼 Recovery

👉🏼 Reformer pilates.

A completely elevated member experience
And this is only the beginning.

The goal has never been to become the biggest gym.

We’re building a premium health club environment people genuinely enjoy being part of.

As we move into the next phase of the brand, we’ll be giving current and founding members priority access to what’s coming next across InShape.

5 years ago, like many businesses, we genuinely didn’t know what the future looked like.

Gyms had to close , the Stress was high
Everything felt so uncertain.

But instead of standing still… we kept building.

Over the last few years we’ve:

👉🏼 upgraded the facility multiple times
👉🏼 added new equipment
👉🏼 created recovery spaces
👉🏼 built a stronger community
👉🏼 rebranded into what InShape is today

And now, looking around at what this place has become… it makes us proud.

Not because it’s perfect,
But because we never stopped moving forward.

A lot of business owners will understand this feeling.
