Tuesday 7pm Fitness Pilates
Saturday 9am Fitness Pilates Hiit

Your must bring your own mat and wear a mask on entering the building, can be removed for class, I have markers on the floor where you can place your mat, for social distancing purposes.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, I will be delivering a free Mindset, Breath, Fitness Pilates with Mantras & Meditation classs, Friday 22nd May 6.30 pm

The breath work helps with anxiety and can quieten our minds, the mantras can help to reduce negative self chatter, the whole class will help to give ourselves just 1 hour to think about the present only and not worry about things that have happened in the past and things that may not even happen in the future
