Introducing KTA Skill Booster Sessions 🎓

I'm really excited to share something new from the Kingsley Training Academy that I think will make a real difference to your teams.

We have launched our KTA Skill Booster Sessions — targeted, classroom-based training sessions that can be requested by any home following an incident, area of concern, or theme identified through audit or inspection. Some of you have already been taking advantage of this – but, I thought it was time to let you know what’s available.

These sessions are all about growth. They give your staff a safe, supported space to discuss real situations, share ideas and refresh their knowledge, turning a challenge into a genuine learning opportunity.

And we're always adding more — so watch this space.

Requesting a session is simple. If you or your Ops Team identify a theme that would benefit from a booster session, just get in touch with us directly and we'll arrange everything.

We’re proud to launch the Level 3 Food Safety qualification across Kingsley Healthcare Group, a fantastic e-learning resource from The Access Group via our Breeio LMS 🎉

This exciting roll-out will see all Chefs within our services undertaking advanced training to further strengthen food safety, quality, and excellence in care.

This comprehensive module focuses on the importance of food safety and the vital role our Chefs play as food supervisors. It explores key topics including factors affecting bacterial growth, the fourteen major food allergens, safe food storage practices, workplace design, and essential operational requirements—alongside much more.

At Kingsley Healthcare, we know that great nutrition starts with the highest standards in food safety.
