This weeks story is a customer not being able to get the settings right - after some further investigation his test strips were out of date - new strips - all sorted ;-)

We have noticed some “pop up” shops - selling inflatable hot tubs at way inflated prices - not only are they ripping you off they have no experience and can offer no advice nor do they stock chemicals or accessories
We have been established over 10 years and know our stuff
