📣 WE’RE HIRING!

Are you organised, great with numbers and looking to join a friendly, fun and supportive team?

We’re looking for a Finance & Office Administrator to join us at Involve Active in Lowestoft.

This is a varied part-time role supporting our day-to-day finance, administration and compliance, including:

✨ Invoicing and bank reconciliations
✨ QuickBooks record keeping
✨ Petty cash and purchase orders
✨ Supplier administration
✨ Suffolk & Norfolk County Council reporting
✨ General administration and compliance checks

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, confident with figures and has excellent attention to detail.

Experience in finance and/or administration is important, and experience with QuickBooks would be an advantage.

🕒 15 hours per week over 3–4 days
💷 £9,913.80 per annum
📍 Lowestoft, NR33 7NN
📅 Closing date: 25 September 2026

🌟 A very special visit to Involve Active today! 🌟
We were delighted to welcome our local MP, Jess Asato for Lowestoft to both The Involve Centre and The Goldcrest Project today.
Jess spent time chatting with our service users about the things that matter to them and their concerns for Lowestoft. There were some brilliant questions — and they certainly didn’t hold back! 😊
💬 Keiron: “What is going on with the building near the Marina Theatre?”
💬 Daniel: “I’m concerned about the empty shops, crime and bird poo in town.”
Jess was fantastic, taking the time to listen and answer everyone’s questions and concerns.
Before leaving the Centre, Kacie presented Jess with some beautiful flowers 💐 before we headed across to our Goldcrest Project.
At Goldcrest, Jess was given a tour of the site, met more of our service users and saw some of the fantastic things they have been working on. Harry proudly presented her with a wonderful box of vegetables, grown by our service users themselves! 🥕🥬🌱
And, of course, our service users gave us some memorable quotes from the day…
💬 Harry: “I’m very honoured to meet someone from Parliament — and she knows the Prime Minister!”
💬 Scott: “I hope the new Prime Minister is better than Keir Starmer!” 😂
A huge thank you to Jess Asato MP for taking the time to visit us, but most importantly for genuinely listening to our service users, answering their questions and giving them the opportunity to have their voices heard.
At Involve, that’s exactly what we’re about — being seen, being heard and taking part. 💛🖤
