In our home, healthy habits start with the small choices we make every day. I believe that teaching my children to nourish their bodies is one of the most important lessons I can give them. Every healthy habit begins with guidance, patience, and love, and what they learn at home today will help shape their future health. For us, healthy eating isn’t about dieting - it’s about building lifelong skills and a positive relationship with food. Good nutrition is a form of self-care that can be taught from an early age, and I hope to raise children who understand how to fuel their bodies, feel their best, and thrive. After all, the kitchen is often a child’s first classroom, and the lessons learned around our family table are ones they’ll carry with them for life.
