# Project LCS Summer Fundraising Drive

Project LCS is launching a summer fundraising campaign to help support our sports clubs, including netball, badminton, and basketball.

Our goal is to raise enough funds to subsidise weekly club fees and keep participation affordable for all members, reducing the cost to just **£1.50 per session**.

We are asking all members, families, and supporters to get involved over the summer by organising fundraising activities such as bake sales, sponsored events, car washes, community stalls, or any other creative fundraising ideas. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will help us continue providing accessible sporting opportunities within our community.

All funds raised should be paid directly into the official Project LCS bank account:

This fundraising drive reflects our commitment to remaining a community-led organisation that stays true to its values. This coming week (week commencing the 8th) all clubs will have a major *sale*

All clubs will be priced at *£1.50*!!!

This week we hope to allowed all our memebers to experience what our goals will are for *Project LCS 2027*

🙌More affordability across all our sessions🙌

We will be aiming to raise the funds over the summer holidays with help of *all of you!* 🫵

All we need is our members to all try and raise £100. If we manage to hit our costs then the clubs will be fully subsidised and more people will be able to join in!

More information about the fund raising will be posted soon so stay tuned, but for now enjoy the *sale*💖

🏀🏸 Covered Sports Sessions for Muslim Women 🏐

Our ‘Covered Sports’ sessions offered by Project LCS are designed to create a comfortable, welcoming and inclusive environment for Muslim women to enjoy sport with confidence. 🤍

All sessions are:
✅ Indoors
✅ Closed-door sessions
✅ No spectators
✅ Safe spaces to remove your hijab comfortably
✅ Supportive and understanding of the needs of Muslim women in sport

We offer a variety of activities including:
🏀 Basketball
🏸 Badminton
🏐 Netball

Whether you’re a beginner or already active, these sessions are all about having fun, building confidence, staying healthy and connecting with other women in the community.

Because everyone has the right to play sport. 💪✨
