A Heartfelt Thank You from All of Us 💚

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks.

As many of you know, we’ve been going through a major changeover to a new pharmacy system. While we knew it would bring long-term improvements, we also know the transition caused delays and disruption for some of you, and for that, we are truly sorry.

We understand how important your medicines and healthcare are, and we’re sorry if we’ve kept you waiting or made things more difficult than they should have been.

The good news is that we’re now through the changeover, our new system is up and running, and we’re back to normal. We’re excited about the improvements it will bring and look forward to continuing to provide you with the friendly, reliable service you deserve.

Thank you for sticking with us and for the kindness and support so many of you have shown our team during this challenging time. It really has meant a great deal to us.
