Blood cancer UK Lutterworth & District Branch The Branch has been going for over 50 years and raises funds with sky dives, walks, pub quizzes, coffee mornings etc.

We also have the two independent very successful charity shops. There are only two charity shops in the world raising funds for Blood Cancer UK (previously Bloodwise, Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. Leukaemia Research) and we are proud that we have the two shops in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. We are independently run through our branch by three committee members who stand as trustees. We hand ove

r 100% of our profits each year to Blood Cancer UK because we want to help find the cure for all blood cancers. The two shops cater for different needs and one sells clothes, shoes, bedding, bric-a-brac, haberdashery, toys, games and jewellery etc. Whilst the other shop sells furniture, beds, books etc. We can collect furniture locally and for more information please contact 01455 556649.

We completed our Walk of Light this evening. Thank you to everyone who supported and has sponsored us.
The 3.5 miles /5km walk was around the permitter of Lutterworth town. We started and finished at the shops, it was a cold walk but we all wrapped up warm. Ages ranged from 16 to over 70, easier for some than others but the spirits were high.

We would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You for all the support at the Pub Quiz on Friday 7th November. We raised a whopping £620 profit. We had a wonderful night and really enjoyed it all.
Thank you to Russell and Pauline Bott for the Quiz and as usual it was very well presented and executed and Thank you also to Suzanne and Andrew for manning the bar.
We are all looking forward to the next one.
