A change of scenery with a bit of moonlighting at this weekend. A tranquil, chilled vibe on a beautiful site . Teaching aerial yoga in a quiet little corner .
Met some wonderful people, up for trying something new on a hot day ! .

We questioned whether to run this half day retreat as the group was small , but I'm so glad we did , it was like a gathering of souls who had already met , different ages , different backgrounds but the conversation, tears and laughter came easy . As a facilitator this was a joy , to just prompt and allow things to unfold. Working with Lucy is always magical, and the sun shone ! We are planning more gatherings , so keep your eyes on our socials and website so you dont miss out.

Join me on Friday 8th May for an Aufguss sauna experience to celebrate the arrival of Summer .
Swim in a spring fed lake , enjoy a silk fan performance as you prepare to enter the sauna , then sit back and soak up aromas ,music , poetry , steam and heat .
Then take a plunge on the lake to bring yourself back to the present .
We will finish the evening with a delicious supper of Feta filo pies with salad .
