Need to switch off after a long week? A floating sound bath is the perfect way to relax the mind & body 😌

📍Ferndown Floating Sound Bath

🕖 7.30pm - 9pm

You don't need to worry about being able to swim! You will be supported by the bed and an assistant will help you on/off the bed.
You can wear comfortable clothes for the session.

Sunday afternoon just got a whole lot better... what better way to end your weekend than with half day retreat 🥰

The weather was perfect 🙏🏻 and what an absolutely beautiful lot you were! I managed to talk to a few of you too which was also really nice ☺️
