A wonderful day of fabulous Holistic and Pregnancy Massages today.
I offer a wonderfully relaxing, yet deep massage, flowing movements working deeply into areas of tension. Working on all the systems of the body, I can loosen tensions, increase blood supply, calm the heart rate, increase lymph flow, increase detoxification, calm the nervous system and slow and deepen breathing, as well as many other beneficial effects on the body.

I will always spend time at the beginning of a treatment with a consultation to establish your needs for that day for your treatment. One type of massage does not fit all, and I will tailor your treatment to fit your needs and what I feel you need that day.

As an Aromatherapist, I will quite often blend oils to complement your treatment. I can use a plain base oil if you prefer.

We have our Drumming Circle in West Harrow coming up on 2nd September, 7-9pm. Lucy .tranquillity and I have been running these for over 3 years, and they have filled us with so much joy.
This will be the last one we shall be facilitating together; Lucy will continue the circles on her own, thankfully, as they are just so magical.

I had a client this week at my Lymington Clinic who had been recommended to come for Reflexology by her neighbour where she used to live (which by chance was Ickenham!). She googled Fertility Reflex near her, and my details came up in Lymington, so she booked in.
