A lovely reminder from The Forest Bathing Company to slow down, and get outside into nature 😀
Many moons ago Sunday's used to be a day of slow down.
The shops were all closed, not much on TV in the day time.
People would get outside in their gardens, local park or take a jaunt to somewhere nice a enjoyable.
Now, it's lets cram as much in as we can.
I get that we have to catch up with chores and errands as work and family life is demanding.
Not good for a stress levels though, even if you think you're not stress, I bet your body is.
Tight shoulders, aching back, sleep not always great.
Coming along for a 2hr guided walk in nature can help alleviate much of those symptoms.
Listening, watching and engaging with the peace and quiet of the woodlands is the tonic that's needed.
Sunday 10th May at Damson Hill Cottage in Swanmore is the best place to be.
9.30am-11.30am
No pets allowed - means not having to worry about them wandering off.
No under 18yrs, means no chattering of watch me, look at me.
It's time for you, just you in a small group. Safely guided by me, so you have the best peace and quiet you've had in ages.
