Lots of tennis, swimming, cycling, yoga, walking, as well as relaxing on the beach and the woods etc

I am now away until the 19th for our yearly activity holiday, and looking forward to some tennis, paddle boarding, kayaking, zumba, beach volleyball, walking, cycling, swimming 😁

As you know, I love nature, and during my weekend near Stratford on Avon for my DORN course I ventured out for a walk, with the guidance of my hosts I found this beautiful little wood behind a retirement village. I also relaxed in the sunshine with a cheeky drink.
