‼️ Temporary Closure Announcement ‼️

Hey everyone, we just wanted to update you on why we’re taking a short break. Some of you may already know that Joe had an operation to remove his appendix on Wednesday night after heading to the hospital on Tuesday. He’s doing well (though struggling to sit still and not do too much!), but we’ll be closed for the next two weeks to allow him time to heal.

We’ll be reopening the week commencing 17th February, with a limited number of clients per day at first. Joe is already eager to get back and get his calendar filled!

A huge thank you for all the well wishes and your continued loyalty—it truly means the world to us. We can’t wait to be back doing what we love!

Have you ever suffered from Shin splints ? If so what worked best for your recovery??

If you have ever played sports or been into running or fitness, Shinsplints can be a c common injury.. If you recognise any of the symptoms below don’t think it will just go away.

Make changes to see if it helps. Implement some treatment into your schedule but also here are some good exercises to help prevent or possibly ease the symptoms.
