Forest Bathing - reconnect with nature and the changing seasons. We will take a break, take a breath and connect to Mother Earth to bring us back to equilibrium with The Wild Revival before we commence drumming.

Therapeutic Drumming - open your heart and express yourself through the drum. We will be drumming together in the forest, no experience is necessary as Natasha will help you find your own natural rhythm.
We will also be using other percussion instruments as we connect and play together.

Therapeutic drumming can help you release stored emotion, help you to express yourself where words may fail and positively restore a calm nervous system.
