๐ŸŒŸ FRIDAY WEEKEND HEALTH ADVICE ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿคง Feeling unwell this weekend?

Remember, antibiotics donโ€™t treat viral infections such as colds and flu.

๐Ÿ’Š Antibiotics only work against certain bacterial infections and taking them when they arenโ€™t needed wonโ€™t help you recover.

๐Ÿซ– For most viral illnesses, rest, plenty of fluids and simple self-care can help you feel better.

๐Ÿšจ If you become seriously unwell or your symptoms are getting worse, seek appropriate medical advice.

๐Ÿ’™ Help us keep antibiotics working when theyโ€™re needed most.

Have a safe and healthy weekend from everyone at Poplar House Surgery! ๐ŸŒฟ
