💙 Last week our office team and senior carers headed to Cartmel Fell for a team-building day filled with listening exercises, problem-solving and orienteering in the rain! ☔🧭

It was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen communication, build relationships and have some fun outside the workplace. Strong teams provide outstanding care, and days like these remind us of the importance of working together.
