✨ Exciting news ✨

This weekend, James and I are taking the next step in our healing journey and receiving our Reiki Level 1 attunement with our wonderful friends and practitioners, Emily and Tali from Living Spirit Reiki.

Many of you will already know Emily and Tali from our sound journeys, where they bring such a calming and supportive energy to the space.

We’re looking forward to deepening our understanding of energy healing, self-care, and personal growth, and seeing how this experience enriches both our own lives and the work we share with others.

Feeling grateful and excited for what lies ahead 🙏✨
